Recently dined here for the first time in a while. Overall a very good meal with good service. We all enjoyed the dishes we ordered and will return in the future.
We visited Cross Culture on a Wednesday with a party of nine, including family and six international guests—seniors, men, women, and children. After a long day of travel, we chose this restaurant because its website stated that it was open until 10:00 PM, with the kitchen open until 9:00 PM. We, the hosts, arrived around 8:15 PM expecting to have dinner. As soon as we were seated, we were told that the kitchen would close at 8:30 PM and that we had to place our entire order immediately. Beautiful presentation of delicious dishes. Relaxing atmosphere and congenial host.
Aunty yaar what is this behavior? I came in with my Dunkin’ coffee unknowingly ( not knowing we couldn’t bring in outside drinks) and she chastised me and took it from me forcefully! Great food but aunty lose the attitude!! Being humble will take you a long way in life. Look forward to seeing you again, you make great paneer makhani, hopefully next time you fix your tone.
Very rude and unwelcoming. Tried to eat here after taking my family to the Mercer Museum. When we arrived we were asked if we had a reservation and got an angry look when we said no, even though it was 4 pm and the restaurant was totally empty. When we tried to order drinks they were "out" of everything we wanted. When we tried to order Chai and he said "We don't make Chai at this time of day". He made it pretty clear that he didn't want us there and we ended up leaving.
