Lovely community and very nice residents. If you’re considering moving here, the management company does not take care of maintenance requests in a timely manner and the board does not allow owners to attend board meetings. It has put policies and procedures conveniently in place that make it difficult for owners to have a voice and to know how business is being conducted and decisions are being made.
