Love it! Awesome apartments, Friendly Staff. Moving to Mississippi is a lot to get used to (good god, the heat) but getting into and living in cross creek has been a joy. After scouting apartments in the area for a few days this complex met my needs best. Beautiful Place and SUPER Friendly Staff Living here at Cross Creek Village has been a pleasant experience! The staff is nice and helpful every time I call or stop by the office! They always go over and beyond with assisting me with any questions I may have. The maintenance team is very professional and always come within a few hours whenever I call the office. Very poor management Management does not handle any issues even when brought to their attention. Including multiple residents being bitten by dogs (no leash rules enforced)and dog waste everywhere to trash bags constantly sitting in breezeways with juices seeping out. Even after months of letting management know still no action.

Rude Staff is rude. Every time time i ask a question or need to speak with the front desk they have a really bad attitude. Really wanted to like this place, its a shame that the staffing is so poor.

Beautiful Apartments The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have your best interest in mind! These apartment are safe and very nice. I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends who are looking for a new, comfortable apartment!

In love with this place! Just took a tour of this apartment complex today and to say that I am pleased with what they have to offer is an understatement. It really does go above and beyond my expectations. This complex has so many great amenities and I especially love how the units feel more so like a home than an apartment. Michelle, the Property Manager was so much help and was extremely courteous and professional as well. I'm very pleased with my experience with Cross Creek Village.
