Amazing that no on has written a review for two years. Well I have a review for all to read. First of all Cross Creek Surgery Center does not and will not take responsibility for problems. Its find for Doctors to have students in the operating room . I find nothing wrong with that. However, I do mind when the student a female only wants to talk about the Doctors personal life and i know as I was awake thru the procedure.. I had surgery at The Surgery Ctr at Cross Creek on my thumb. Chris S. Took such great care of me and my husband and daughter as they waited. SHE was AWESOME! They were all wonderful, but Chris stood out like a shining light! Thank you to Chris for going the extra mile! I certainly appreciated it!
My son had hand surgery today at Cross Creek Surgery Center and I was so impressed by the great people there. His nurse was absolutely fantastic, she was so great with my teenager. They kept me informed continuously throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend this facility.
I was called today at 2:56pm by Greenville Memorial and returned the call to Greenville Memorial at 3:11pm to find out my Dad has an appointment tomorrow 9:15am. We were never told about this appointment and I placed 2 subsequent phone calls directly to cross creek to understand what they needed and other possible times. They had more than 2 hours to call me back and did not. What is worse is they do not answer the phone all you can do is leave a message.
Over a week ago, my son, Miles, was scheduled for some dental work. He had to be put all the way under because he is very scared of Dr's offices and his dentist thought it best that it be performed this way due to his anxiety. From the pre op to the actual surgery day, the ladies and men at Cross Creek were wonderful to us and my little guy. It was an extremely nervous time for my husband and I but he did so good and the next day it was as if nothing had even happened with him. Thank you all so very much
