Service was good and Jason was great. My concerns are that past maintenance (even what shows on Carfax) doesn’t always appear in the dealer’s system, and the dealer’s service intervals are much more aggressive than Subaru’s own recommendations. It makes ownership feel more expensive than it should. Offering both manufacturer and dealer interval options would make things clearer for customers.
GG is always outstanding. No matter what’s going on with my vehicle, she makes sure I’m taken care of the right way and in the way that works best for me. I even choose to come back to this service department, despite having another dealership closer to home. Every visit is a pleasant experience because of her. Thank you, GG!
Quick and simple. Went to get windshield wiper blades service was quick and the customer service very helpful.
Both times that I have brought my new to me car in for servicing have been nothing short of amazing customer service! The first time I made an appointment for a recall issue and they got it done quickly. Today definitely topped that though. I had my partner call because my car is under a third party warranty and I would’ve needed it diagnosed before my warranty deductible kicked in tomorrow.
