Everyone was great except Paula in service. Wad told by 2 different employees that the $185 diagnostic fee would be removed if service was done at the time of service. Upon pick up the fee was still on the invoice. Attempted to say she didn't say that, told her that's not my fault and an obvious training error amongst employees to be on the same page. Carefully check your invoices before paying here. They'll try to pull a fast one on a customer which is wrong. Would have given 5 stars if it was not for Paula.
Thank you so so much, y’all are awesome! My family and I got stuck in SC on our way home on a holiday weekend. Cross Creek service department processed us late on a Friday and squeezed our repair in the next day finishing right before close. Eric and Gigi, thank you for the exquisite customer service
Hats off to Paula and the great mechanics at cross creek subaru!!! I am very happy with the work that was done to my 2013 outback. Will definitely come back to get the rest of the work done.
