Thank you so so much, y’all are awesome! My family and I got stuck in SC on our way home on a holiday weekend. Cross Creek service department processed us late on a Friday and squeezed our repair in the next day finishing right before close. Eric and Gigi, thank you for the exquisite customer service

From the front desk to the technicians this place is amazing! Gigi is the nicest front desk attendant ever! She was so kind and made sure I was informed every step of the way. Mavis tire shop in hope mills messed up my car ( I only went it for tires and somehow they messed up my brakes!) but Jarvis was able to get my car up and running and also did my NC inspection.
