This is the second year we have rented an RV space with Cross Creek. Tia and Auron were both very helpful, via phone or in person.
Clean facility, crushing rent increases My first bill was for $212. Nine months later, it's $319. TWO increases in ONE YEAR, the first one literally the month after I rented the unit. Ridiculous. It's a nice clean facility but I would stay very far away as their pricing is CLEARLY DECEPTIVE. Update: In regard to your reply, maybe I just keep better records than you do.
A great experience! The facility is well maintained. Above our expectations. Auron was wonderful, and he helped us get set up with our unit and helped us reserved a U-Hual for a later date as well. Would highly recommend this place.
No problems at all. The only complaint is the price of parking storage per month goes up approximately $40 per year. We've had our non-running vehicle here for several years. 2024 - $154, 2025 - $194, 2026 - $234. Informed knowledge.
This was a complicated move from across the country. Both Tia and Coralynn really went out of their way to make the process smooth, efficient, and low stress. I can't rate the facility long-term yet, but the reservation and initial move-in were flawless. The facility seems clean and well-maintained.
