I have been using Secure & Go Storage (pka Cross Creek Storage) for almost 4 years. The facility is clean and safe, and customer service has been timely and accommodating. There was a glitch in communicating contact information during the transition to the new ownership but otherwise everything has been smooth. I highly recommend them. Kelley is always helpful and wonderful to work with.

Do not rent from them! No one is ever in the office since the new mgmt took over. Calling and leaving messages that go unanswered is all you will get. Finally when you get someone at an answering svc, nothing get done. They were double charging my mother for insurance. Took months to get that resolved. I asked for refund of 2 months of insurance due to the added time to finally get someone and I was refused this customer svc gesture. I've been very impressed with the customer service. Have NEVER had a problem with the unit itself. Highly recommend.
