While the Holland storage units are convenient and the people are friendly, I am very disappointed with Cross Creek Self Storage. I found and reported mouse droppings in my climate controlled indoor unit. I was charged on automatic billing for 2 months of storage after moving out and have expended way too much energy in trying to get my money refunded without success. I have been given the run around for months.
