Just wanted to say what a pleasure Todd Vinson and Sundena were to work with during our last business transaction. Both went above and beyond the normal to make me feel comfortable. They were professional, knowledgeable and ACCESSIBLE!! I would definitely recommend them for your real estate needs.

Initial impression and experience with Cross Creek was fantastic. Very helpful with our purchasing process and needs. As time went on our realtor was hard to contact and became unresponsive to us. Ended up doing a lot of leg work ourselves that our agent should have been doing. I've worked commission jobs before and I would have never treated my customers the way we were treated. Purchasing a home from halfway across the country was hard enough. You need an agent that is able to take on that difficult process. Unfortunately ours wasn't. Really hate that I had to be the bad guy but sometimes that's what it takes to get the job done. I recommend Cross Creek reevaluate customer service as a priority because it is when your mortgage payment and food on your families table depends on it. Just a thought. Oh and to anyone researching realtors in the area, go with Walker Real Estate. A month and a half after closing and I still haven't heard a congratulations or follow up from our agent.
