Patient with Children Cross Creek Pediatrics was very good to my nephew. He is 5 years old and a needlephobic. When he had to get his school shots he was terrified. He started to cry when the nurse entered the room to take his weight and vital signs for his school check up. She talked to him calmly and said his shots were up to date and they didn't have to stick him that day. She had him laughing. It was a good visit. PROS: Great Staff CONS:
RecommendedExtremely knowledgeable young women. My 10 month old baby absolutely loves the ladies there, especially Angie. She puts a big smile on hi face all the time he sees her. They are genuine and honestly there for my child’s wellbeing. I was informed that they are a strong believer in vaccinating the babies and if you don’t believe as they do you will unfortunately have to find another clinic. I love it when they make a stand fighting for our young ones.
Amazing Staff from the front desk to the Physician’s/Nurses and check window!!! Everyone is Friendly, Understanding, they answer questions and explain things when asked and are very thorough!!! They ask you questions, after they give you the floor to speak openly!!! They have the Best bedside manner and make each visit less scary when interacting with the child on their level to ease any anxiety!!! I’d NEVER go anywhere else....they are Truly the Best!!!! Thank you all for being so AMAZING!!!

The providers at Cross Creek are awesome. They listen to your concerns and take them seriously. Our son has had the best care since the day he was born. He had severe reflux when he was born. He was put on medications and RX formula ASAP. They have stayed on top of any health issues he has had.
