Excellent Customer Service by Tyree Taylor who has made my day
Tyrees actions are deceitful and manipulative he lacks work ethics. He becomes unresponsive once the earnest money is paid and the contract is signed. He then raises the price by presenting fabricated conversations, claiming other buyers are interested in the same property. The quality of Trophy Homes is poor, and the warranty team is equally disappointing. There is frequent staff turnover, and the team is poorly managed, leading to ineffective support and resolution.
Tyre played a key role in our first home purchase in Texas. It felt like one of those moments where you come across the right person at the right time.
