This review is specifically for the gentleman that helped me and my family out throughout the entire process of getting into this place. Nothing but very excellent A class 6star work from Farid. He made the entire process to apply very enjoyable and gave nothing but useful information. I didn’t feel misguided or confused throughout the entire process, and even after seeing that approval letter go through I still felt like I had a consultant to go to for any additional questions. It's a lovely place, with staff who really care about each resident. It's not a "Shee Shee la la" brand new house facility, but an older, quaint home that IS clean. You can tell that immediately when you enter. It does NOT smell like a rest home AT ALL.The general vibe of the residents and home is altogether a positive one. The hospice residents are also clean and cared for no matter how difficult the individual situations might be. Good humor, heathy food, kind & astute staff. If I could give 0 stars I would. Home is filthy, residents are neglected. My father was there 4 months and lost 20 lbs. Thankfully I was able to move him. I wish I could save the rest of the residents stuck there.
