Horrible customer service the food was disgusting and when I called back the young lady had an attitude for no reason. You guys need to get new staff in there. And don’t have my business no more.

We have family in Jax who just love Cross Creek so when we come it has became a ritual for us to watch football on Sundays and enjoy the many 2-4-1 options .. It's always good sometimes service is slow at bar on Gameday but we had the BEST experience on Sunday night.. We got to meet 2 new bartenders Angie and Kayla .
