I was so excited to move in to Cross Creek after I graduated college and officially starting teaching in the Chesterfield area. For the most part my experience there was good. The maintenance staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I always felt comfortable welcoming them into my home, and they are quite frankly the only reason I would give this complex a 2 out of 5 stars. The staff at Cross Creek (JOYCE) lack compassion, and understanding, 3 incidents in the last 6 months where there was damage to my vehicles, and rather then come up with a solution to ensure the security of their tenants, she provided no comfort in resolving/preventing future damages. She is not a professional, and should be removed. The rest of the staff are fantastic.
