We lived here for three years. The apartment was minimally acceptable upon move-in. We needed to have a few things fixed, including outlets in the kitchen which were not up to code. The carpet was new, but so cheap that it caused rashes which didn’t stop until we had vacuumed several times. It was also not secured properly to the underfloor, which caused corners to come up and a crease to form for the length of the living room.
