Mioko and Kevin are a breath of fresh air. It is nice to finally have property and maintenance managers that give a damn about the residents and this community! They only took over in March and have made a world of difference. Mioko answered my million questions from the very beginning, and is patient and super sweet. Kevin has already came and changed out my filter, and I can’t even remember the last time it was done. I’m excited to watch this community become enjoyable again! Thanks Mioko and Kevin! :)
Definitely a VIBE from introduction until departing! This was a great tour due to a great person
The new property manager Mioko is very professional and a nice change from the previous one she has made the duration of the stay very pleasant
First off, the apartments are nicely sized, with nice amenities and in a safe community. Sadly, the new management company is ABSOLUTELY horrendous!!! So future applicants beware!!! I've lived here for a few years and have never dealt with such inept people. No one is on-site to answer questions during working hours posted (I stopped by at 400 last week and the door was locked,no one was there) and it's impossible to get a hold of an actual person via telephone to answer questions,and responses via email take days.
