No good at setting appointments, had a set time, I entered the leasing office, no one greeted me, the representative was already with a customer. I arrived 10 minutes early, my appointment was set by Emily through realtor.com. Appointment time was 1:30 PM. Please don’t schedule appointments if you can’t keep them.
Awesome complex. Fell in love the instant I drove in. Vanessa helped me by answering my questions . She was super nice and helpful.. She was filling in that day but when I went back to revisit the complex Alicyn was there to help me. Wow what a gal. Super sweet, and knowledgeable. Explained everything in detail and spoke fluent English. She explained everything I needed to do. It was quick and easy. My move in date is coming up shortly. Thanks so very much Alicyn. K. King
1 Star My move-in date was June 1st, and I still have not been able to move into the apartment. I relocated from Houston to St. Louis, and because I lived out of state, my mother picked up the keys and inspected the unit on my behalf. During that inspection she found numerous issues that should have been addressed before move-in, including a leaking dishwasher, doors that did not operate properly, an HVAC filter that had not been replaced, a dirty fireplace, debris left behind from maintenance work, cigarette butts and trash... read more

The leasing process was frustrating, communication was often slow, and the apartment was not in move-in-ready condition when my family first inspected it.
