1 Star My move-in date was June 1st, and I still have not been able to move into the apartment. I relocated from Houston to St. Louis, and because I lived out of state, my mother picked up the keys and inspected the unit on my behalf. My move-in date was June 1st, and my initial experience with this property was disappointing. The leasing process was frustrating, communication was often slow, and the apartment was not in move-in-ready condition when my family first inspected it. My move-in date was June 1st, and unfortunately my experience with this property has been disappointing before I've even had the chance to live here. The leasing process was frustrating. Communication was slow, and final lease updates came down to the last few days before move-in. The property also requires tenants with pets to use a third-party website before signing a lease. Honestly at first this place was AMAZING! They were under different management and midway through my year long stay they switched over and the second it happened I feel like nothing gets done. I have tried to contact the office via phone call numerous times to have no one answer, I have gone up to the office door during hours they are supposed to be there at, to find no one there.
