The walls and ceiling/floors are way to thin. I can hear everything the upstairs neighbors are saying. They are constantly yelling and just being too loud at all hours of the day and night. There is a nonstop pot smell coming from everywhere. They keep trying to raise rent, but not making anything better. Needs major work done from the front office.
Literally the best Apartments staff wise in town. They are all so nice, energetic, caring, welcoming, and helpful. If you have a problem with your unit all you have to do is call the office and it’s taken care of. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Mary Ann’s team can take on any other apartments any day. Periodt.
