I have been living here for a little over a month and I have had zero problems. The property manager Chatauna is amazing does an excellent job. I’ve had a couple of issues that maintenance needed to fix and they have arrived in a timely manner to fix everything. They do an AWESOME job and they are fantastic at what they do. So far my experience with the other residents has been kind, cordial, and respectful. I was not asked to write this review but wanted to do it myself. Thank you Chatauna for being magnificent!
I absolutely love this place! It’s my first apartment ever and it’s wonderful!
I have lived here for 7 years. I renewed my lease. I have an issue. Courtney, the manager, said she makes all decisions. I asked to speak to her boss. She said she doesn't have one. She back tracked and said I can put my concerns in an email and she will forward it to the owner. Do I trust and believe her. Absolutely not. She thinks I'm stupid and don't know my rights.
