Do not move to those apartments, the moment I walked in my apartment smelled like pee, and roaches were crawling all Over the walls appliances, the person in charged at the office she doesn’t care about the issues ! It’s terrible those apartments are infested with with roaches
I made a quick stop on my lunch break and spoke to Mrs. Tilya. She is very kind, professional, and knowledgeable about the community. The complex seems very clean and well-kept. I've toured a few different places, and I must say Mrs. Tilya was the most welcoming smile that I received. I'm starting at UWG this upcoming fall and I'm excited to lease at Cross Creek!
Ms. Tilya is respectful and easy to work with. Patient and understanding. Randy (Maintenance guy) is always a pleasure to work with. Knowledgable, professional, communicates and goes the extra mile every time. Best maintenance guy I’ve dealt with.
