Terrible and unreasonable
Terrible service. Never open . Has roaches. Employees are rude and unreasonable
We moved into Cross Creek Apartments in Carrollton, GA in April 2022. At first, it seemed like a great place — quiet, clean, and reasonably priced. Our first year was fine, even enjoyable. But once management changed in 2023, everything went downhill — fast. Rent jumped from $765 our first year to $1,025 our last year for a one-bedroom. When I asked why, Maria from the leasing office said, “We’re just matching the market.” That might be tolerable if the quality of living improved, but it didn’t. Not really sure why there are hours posted to being open throughout the week when no one is even there. Asked a passing tenant how often the office is actually is open and they responded with its never really open. I went there about 10am, 1130 am, and last try around 230pm on a Monday and no one. When you try calling the phone number it's automated and makes you leave a message. Of course no call backs were even attempted to reach out to me and several friends of mine who all have called.
