We love Cross County! Everyone is so nice, they get you in right away for urgent issues, and remind you about preventative care. If they have to refer to you a specialist, they follow up on your pets care and know all the details so the transition is seamless. The doctors, technicians, and receptionists are all very compassionate and caring. The staff here made a difficult goodbye a bit less painful.
Doctor and Staff are truly amazing~professional, caring and informative. Entire area was exceptionally clean and well maintained~no animal or disinfectant smell. Highly recommend!!!
Fantastic, efficient staff. Love Dr. David Pitkin, he’s experienced, kind, no nonsense and informative. My dogs and my daughter’s dog are patients there. It is fun to see all of their pets, both dogs and cats, around the office. We appreciate everything about this place.

I just took in my new kitty for a wellness check. There were a few big, perfectly relaxed cats out front on the counter, sleeping on papers & even curled up in a basket! They walk up to you right away to greet you. Good sign! A lot of staff too.
Nothing but great experiences here! Not only are they helpful with all medical issues we have had with our pups, but they are also timely in helping when we order our dogs meds online (they have to get Vet approval for some) The staff is very friendly and caring for our 2 pitbull mixes. Some other vets in town will not allow pit bulls (YES- some vets have breed restrictions �) but NOT cross county! Extremely pleased with the level of care received here and will use them as long as we can.
The Doctor and staff where great made my Maggie comfortable and at ease . I would recommend this place to anyone in the Delaware area . Glad we found a safe happy place to care for our hairy babies!!
