I’ve used this company in the past and found there technician Travis extremely knowledgeable but the owner greedy. Recently my fan vent for my broiler went down. The technician came to my house and found the problem and called his owner John for the price of the job. John stated the cost of the job was $2,100. Being not pleased with the price, I asked if I provide the part how much would the labor be and he states $800 and that it would take four hours to complete the work.
