bernadine was not a regular customer (two deliveries last year) of less than 4 years. She ordered 350.00 worth which we pay a fee to the credit card company which we do not charge to our customers. Then called back to reduce it to to 250.00 worth later that day for personal reasons we incured another charge not charged to her.
