I called and left messages for cross county dental regarding a mouth guard. I spoke Christina the acting manager and she was extremely rude. She should have no rights to speak WITH patients as a called again today and she was rude. I guess I was asking to many questions as she put me on hold until Sabina answered. When I mentioned that I was a Dr Bauer's patient and ask her why she is so rude Christina Said "Dr Bauer is not the boss I am. Very nice people employed there. Took very good care of me.
Took a wrong impression of my crown. Waited 2 weeks to get my gums ripped up for an hour to end up with a broken crown and having to wait another month.. nice. The staff is kind and wait isn't too long so 2 stars for that.
