true to rep I called 3 separate moving companies... these guys answer the phone when you call! This is a family business and it runs on its reputation. On move day I had 3 strong guys using all the right equipment (new dollies, 24' truck with lift gate and ramp) and moving fast... They successfully emptied our appt and moved us to our new condo and unloaded in a total of 5 hours... my wife didn't have to lift a thing and i really just moved some small stuff. Great moving company.

Cross Country Movers was prompt in their replies, thorough in their quotation and lived up to their word. definitely using them again I required a BBQ to be moved and it weighed 290 pounds and I did not want to move it due to weight or size. I spoke with a relocation consultant from Cross Country Movers, and even though the job was small, she was able to fit me in the next day due to the small request and being able to coordinate it with some other jobs. thoughtful I would say that I am very impressed with the service. I couldn't think of anything to indicate otherwise. The speed of the move was beyond of what I would imagine. It's so fast and efficient that it took less time for them to move 90% of my unit to the truck than for me to clean up the last 10% of my unit. They also took care of my boxless LCD TV with only minimal protection and delivered it with no damage whatsoever. I would use them again in the future in a blink of an eye
very pro After reading the great reviews, we hired Cross Country Movers for our move in. Despite us changing the dates they were very accommodating. The crew was early, and very professional! They went above and beyond our expectations. They were a pleasure to deal with and we highly recommend them. We are not the type to write reviews, but their exceptional service deserves recognition. We were so impressed that we will hire them again for our parents move.

awesome service I hired them for a condo move and they were awesome. They were fast (which was great as I was paying by the hour) and took their shoes off when we got to my newly cleaned condo. They even helped the guy that was still using the move-in elevator before me so we could finish faster! Nothing but great things to say, awesome service and really nice people :)
HIGHLY recommend I am very impressed with the job that Cross Country Movers did for my Mom & Dad. They arrived on time, were fast, professional and courteous to my parents and even called me to make sure that I was going to be there to guide them (I showed up an hour later). Most Accomodating We used Cross Country Movers for moving twice in the past 5 years and each time they exceeded our expectations in every way. Due to an unexpected illness in the family, we were forced to reschedule our move at the last minute. They were very understanding and accommodating and postponed our move until we were ready to do it, even if it meant working during the holidays. We were more than satisfied with their service and would recommend them to anyone looking for rapid, friendly and affordable moving.
