In my opinion, you should not use Crosscountry mortgage. Once you have closed your mortgage there's nobody to answer your calls or questions. They direct you to mail checks or pay online. But if you have had your checks stolen out of the mail and lost thousands of dollars and had to redo all your bank accounts they don't seem to care. Their old phone pay system charged $10 and if you needed to talk to a human it would take an hour on hold but eventually you could talk to someone. Jay was sure get us the best interest rates, he kept us in the loop with everything, and we were even able to settle is 3.5 weeks! Process couldn’t have been better.
