I love the food in here. Everything that they serve is a comfort food, burgers and wings and beer, nothing better than that to perk you right up!
Good Food; Awful Service – Took my first trip to Cross Corner last night, and am very mixed on my response to it. I'll start with the good points... First of all, GREAT FOOD! The Cheers of The South – Delicious Food... Best wings in Tennessee, homemade key lime pie, juicy burgers, beer queso, awesome soups-of-the-day, killer made-to-order pizzas, epic hand battered onion rings. Awesome Staff... Go there twice and someone will remember you. They are all nice, all great at their jobs, and not to mention easy on the eyes. :) Cheap Drinks... Great place for hamburgers and catfish – This place has changed since it went non-smoking. The food is great at a very reasonable price. It is a sports bar, therefore noisy especially during local or national sporting events. But then as I said, that's what it's there for. Love the burgers and catfish! Beer prices are great during happy hour.
The best patty melt and burgers in town bar none! – It's supposed to be a sports bar but has the atmosphere of a neighborhood bar. The only thing I don't like about it is that you can't smoke and kids are allowed. C'mon...it's a bar, not daycare! Take the kids to Chuck E. Cheese!
Will go back! – Very nice sports bar atmosphere. Smoke-free. Pretty good-sized place with good sports-bar food and excellent service. Plenty of TV screens. Will certainly go back to this place.
They always play the SAINTS games... – Good Vibe, Good Food, and a GREAT Dessert (ice cream cookie thingee) AND, They always play the SAINTS games for our crew during football season!!! What more could you ask for? :0)
The only good wings in town, great atmosphere! – Ok, i now have my spot in town. I'm a new guy here and i wasn't able to find my niche. Until i went to Cross Corner Bar and Grill. I'm used to my hometown bartender remembering my preference in drinks and food and that is just what i found at "The Corner" . Horrible atmosphere – If you are low-class trash who slam back Budweiser by the gallon and chain smoke til your lungs look like asphalt this is the place for you. This place has horrible atmospehere, average food at best and horrible, impolite service. If you enjoy overpriced drinks, crappy food and a terrible atmosphere, then by all means - drop by.
