Kade and Adam did an amazing job fixing a hole on our terrace roof which caused a big leak in our bathroom and replacing our old skylight that was dropping in debris into our stairwell. They took photos during the initial inspection to clearly show what work they would carry out in their quote and then took photos afterwards showing the repairs. We had a problem with our flat roof which was still under guarantee and called them up to advise them of the problem that was in February someone came out had a look and said he would be in touch many phone calls later he still didn't come out to do work that was needed. Even though he said he would. It is now June and work still not carried out We have had to go to another roofer firm to get work done . Would not recommend.
"fitted a ruber roof two years ago. had to call out 3 times since for repeatedly leaking in the same places. fourth time, more leaks, no showed so i got someone else. the entire work needed redone. requested a refund and got a sneery email saying they were ""insolvent"". wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy."
Avoid at all costs. Management has as much backbone as a jellyfish.
