Dr. Tokar is the only choice for a Chiropractor in the upstate. He is informative and walks through everything he’s doing step by step. I’ve always been nervous to go to a chiropractor and should’ve gone sooner! The Cross Chiropractic team is dedicated to not only adjusting and fixing immediate short term issues, but they also provide instruction for strengthening and completely resolving issues long term. Would recommend Dr. Tokar to anyone in need of chiropractic services!
I went for my first visit today. Alex took time to explain my issues in terms that I could understand. He was attentive to not over treat me and at the end of the day I’ve found some relief. Looking forward to feeling better.

Very knowledgeable and takes time to explain things. Doesn't "hurd" patients thru with " cookie cutter" one size fits all adjustments. Actually pinpoints problem areas to focus on. Highly Recommended!!
