I don’t live locally but searched for a Gonstead certified chiropractor while I was in town visiting and came for two very effective appointments with Dr. Tokar. This was my first experience with a Gonstead certified chiro and I appreciated the thorough x-rays and detailed approach to my adjustments. I felt much better after my adjustments and will be seeking care with a Gonstead certified chiro with I return home as a result of my experience with Cross Chiropratic.
Had a knee issue that he solved in just two sessions. Quick diagnosis and explained everything clearly. Much better and cheaper than going to a doctor first, then getting referred to a physical therapist.
Dr Tokar has helped me tremendously. His approach to health is very precise, helping patients understand their issues while explaining his approach to help. I personally had back issues for years, and going to him has been the only thing to help. I highly recommend checking him out.
