I took my mom to the ER for her gallbladder and Dr Alley only gave her a pain shot. Which was not sufficient! I had to take her back to the emergency room because she didn’t improve. I had to tell them to read her chart from a previous visit with a different doctor and see what he gave her along with the pain medication that actually gave her relief. I know we have to be our own healthcare advocates but that was beyond ridiculous. We expected more from the head of the emergency room
