If you need a realtor who wants to burn the candle at both ends, overprice houses in their own neighborhood, not contact the seller with your offers, then maybe you’ll like them. Attempted to buy two houses from Delores. The second house we offered full asking price, after a few days we had to reach out to Delores who said that oh sorry they took another full price offer with no contingencies.
