Moved in end of July 2018 .. $250 deposit & prorated rent etc ... End of 2019 new owners bought the property & rehabbed all the apartments FINALLY !! so they scammed everyone in to thinking they had to do “RECERTIFICATION paper work” to see if they were eligible for they’re apartments to be rehabbed .. which made no sense cause first thing that came to my mind is “YALL own this, NOT US” so y’all gone come back 2-3 years later and renovate the ones who weren’t eligible??? .. Do not live here unless it is your last resort. I am very un-happy with how they treat me here. I pay up my rent for the year with my taxes every year and my family is never in trouble. Yet they do not act like they care that I am one of the best tenets they have. The apartments are not very nice and counters are falling apart. Water heater hardly works the longest shower you can take warm is 5 min at most. They wont fix it they just keep turning up the heat on it instead of getting a new water heater. I am so mad right now. The New Caney Oaks Apt. Got new washers and dryers (that is good and needed) but what makes me mad. Is that they did not notify anyone that the new washers and dryers have to have a special card to run. And you can only get said card when the management office os open. I seen that the new washers have a card slot so I thought it would be like a regular laundry mat where you could use your debit card. So I loaded the washer put soap in then come to find out you need a special card to run the dumb things... read more

I would love to hear from everyone about their opinions on these apartments. Good and bad. I have a 2 year old boy and I'm a single mom. I wanna be 110% positive this place is right for my son and I. This is our first time on our own and I want brutally honest opinions before I sign a lease. TIA! ❤
