I was a single mom of three..I gave my deposit lived there for a year..the manager acts as if she is above everyone who lives there..there are tons of rules..kids could barely play outside..plus the roaches and drugs I could go on and on..bottom line she needed my three bedroom for friends and when it came time to renew she lied and said she taped paperwork to our door..to just come into office and go over lease and sign papers..I nvr got the note on my door..so there for she had to evict us..went to court and she said to th... read more
Let me start by saying I can t take that star off. These apartments are completely gross. The manager is a racist, she lies, she s never in the office, and she with holds your packages. The maintance guy is always high. You can catch him smoking pot on the playground . The apartments are disgusting. Bugs everywhere, mold that they just paint over. DONT LIVE HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO WHERE ELSE TO GO....BETWEEN THE MANAGER/A WHOLE MAINTAINCE MAN (IF THATS WHAT YOU WANT TO CALL HIM) DIDNT GET MY DEPOSIT BACK AT THE END OF THE LEASE AND NO ONE NOT EVEN CORPORATE COULD TELL ME WHY....THIS WOULD BE MY LAST RESORT AND WATCH YOUR STUFF, THEY HAVE STICKY FINGERS. To start off, the place was NASTY. I had to pay a \$200.00 deposit.Being a single Mom, I was gonna try and make it work. When I received the keys, i went in and was blew away at the smell, thought it was just dirty. So I rented a carpet cleaner.*which was suppose to be done by the apartment complex* and the stuff coming out of the carpet was as dark as chewing tobacco and thick. It literally made me sick. This was the Wed before Thanksgiving and I tried my hardest to clean, but by Thanksgiving Day I was moving BACK OUT! The ... read more
