How can I sell land and not know how many acres .I wanted to buy but they want half money for survey.i agreed but they want sign contract not guarantee about that big and showed me old survey with 67 acres .sounds fishie .sad cause when he sent me contract I had deposit and termite guy lined up in less then 3 hrs and water sample bottles ready . Be very careful with this company .sad cause this I thought was the property for me. Wish they do survey and then call me back so I would know what I am really buying
