First time customer. I went in to get a new battery and band for my (nursing home-bound) father's inexpensive watch. Best service I have ever received for such a small purchase. In addition to their very lovely new and antique jewelry and gift items they had a small table with assorted inexpensive watches, and I chose one for myself. This one experience was enough to make me a repeat customer. Very impressed.
