I went with my friend Ana in two separate occasions. The first time for a whole collection of watches she needed battery changes for as well as making a coin into a necklace. The second time for changing the bands on some watches and cleaning a bracelet. Ana was beyond satisfied with the work that was done as well as the knowledge and kindness of the jeweler. We are happy to finally find a trustworthy jeweler.
ALWAYS EXCELLENT SERVICE. The jeweler here is so knowledgeable on metals, gems, and structures of jewelry to the point where he gives us a little tidbit on whatever piece we bring in to alter or repair.-- this is helpful when your millennial husband purchases all your gifts online! He resized a diamond ring within a day! Granted it depends on the type and style, but the Jeweler was exceptional in accommodating our unreasonable timeline. Absolutely amazing service I went in today with a watch that I got from my brother I throught it couldn't be saved it had so many scratches on it I throught I had to change the watch band I went in and I believe the owner his name is Martin he told me to polish it and he put a new battery on it. I came half an hour later. Absolutely amazing looks like brand new 🙌 😍 Absolutely perfect his service, and he fixed my watch 110% Thank you so much Martin now I know where to go for my repair for the watches.
Great Jewelry store, the owner is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly fair in pricing. I walked in with several watches that needed batteries and he also replaced missing stones
