We’ve been trying to get a quote to replace our HVAC from CroppMetcalfe in Leesburg for over a month now and STILL don’t have one. The sales rep, Zach Cropp, has been incapable of sending us a timely quote and the few that we have received have been incorrect. We’ve called the office twice and requested to speak with a Sales Manager, who hasn’t called us back either time. Not sure what they got their “five stars” in, but it sure isn’t customer service!

He did a good job
Great company to deal with. We use them for a twice yearly AC service/inspection. Can't beat the value and their techs are always top notch.
