First regular service call with our Equinox. The customer service rep we met when Omar sold us our car was away but when I reached out the morning I wanted to make an appointment he, Armando, guided me to call Rueben at the Service Center. Rueben was able to get our car in for the service and while we waited, Omar joined us for a short visit before walking us over to lunch next door.
