I have had horrible experiences with Watsons and Orieleys. So I decided to try calling Croppers. Took a couple calls to reach the service manager. After the run around with other places. I took my car in for a full service at this agency and they left the oil drain plug loose, which caused the car to leak oil. I wasn’t even aware because when you pay for a quality service, you don’t expect the car to have any issues. Confident that my car had just come out of service, two days later I drove on the highway and experienced a massive oil loss, leaking almost 80% of the total and nearly causing an accident.
