Armando and ruben did a great job helping me out really appreciate them and they went out their way to even give me a discount while doing service to my truck great place
The people at the service center were incredibly nice! I hadn't had a chance to get an oil change so I was at 0% oil. In many instances I would have been made to feel bad about that and embarrassed to get my service done. No one mentioned anything, they asked me how I liked my car, were quick with the service and very nice!

I have had horrible experiences with Watsons and Orieleys. So I decided to try calling Croppers. Took a couple calls to reach the service manager. After the run around with other places. I was not going to deal with it here too. Ruben called me back and was super friendly. Very knowledgeable and was not trying to push a million services and charges at me. I took my car in for a full service at this agency and they left the oil drain plug loose, which caused the car to leak oil. I wasn’t even aware because when you pay for a quality service, you don’t expect the car to have any issues. Confident that my car had just come out of service, two days later I drove on the highway and experienced a massive oil loss, leaking almost 80% of the total and nearly causing an accident.
