This dental practice was a breath of fresh air after years with another provider in Douglas, who two family members had issues with after treatment, as he was not thorough or aggressive enough. Dr. cropper and his crew were far more thorough and fixed a problem I had for years quickly and easily. We have since moved but have recommended him to everyone who has moved to Douglas, and those who are unsatisfied with their current situation. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The dentist was polite and did a good job, but he will not do root canals on kids. His hygienist was very rude and rough and made rude remarks about everything. She was very mean with my kids and kept jerking their heads around and snapping at them when they would accidentally do something she didn't like. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. I was worried that the veneers and fillings I got would fall off quickly, but they lasted exactly as long as they were supposed to. They did a good job putting them on. While they were cleaning my teeth, they kept rinsing my mouth with ridiculously cold water. It was a horribly cold shock every few minutes. I was satisfied with my visit and feel that it... read more
