Working with Charms in parts department , I feel like we are in the same building and same parts room. Its like he is a co-worker working side by side with me. 80 % of the time I look up my parts but these parts books can be very incomplete, I count on Charms to do some heavy lifting, he is persistent on chasing down what I am looking for in a timely manor and keeping me informed on his progress along the way.. Good work Charms.
Working for a business with multiple Tadano/Demag and Manitex cranes. I am fortunate to deal with Cropac parts. Charm, my sales representative, is very knowledgeable and makes ordering parts easy. He understands the importance and sometimes demands of our industry to keep the cranes working. He never fails to get me the right part and in a timely matter.
Charms Hunter is the man . Enjoy doing business with him. Thank you sir
