I have been coming to this barber shop since they opened. Kevin and Katie are amazing! Definitely would recommend!!
Poor Managment, poor communication skills. First time I booked with them my appointment got moved without any reason, as if I’m free all day. Kevin disrespected my time and was rude with no patience. No services were rendered and he only knows how to escalate a situation. Definitely dont come here early to your appointment if you still have something to get done on your phone. What happened: I got there early after a busy day to go through my photos I wanted to ask him to cut to. It feels like I wasn't listened to at all, from the stylist Kevin Finnerty. I asked for a #2 fade on the sides, and a half inch off the top. Got an inch and a half missing off the top, #4 looking alien head shaped blend on the sides. They took no account of how my hair stuck up and looked dumb around the blending line. So now the hair sticks straight out instead of either laying flat or being short enough to actually blend. the bangs are all messed up and uneven.
