Kevin disrespected my time and was rude with no patience. No services were rendered and he only knows how to escalate a situation. Definitely dont come here early to your appointment if you still have something to get done on your phone. It feels like I wasn't listened to at all, from the stylist Kevin Finnerty. I asked for a #2 fade on the sides, and a half inch off the top. Got an inch and a half missing off the top, #4 looking alien head shaped blend on the sides. They took no account of how my hair stuck up and looked dumb around the blending line. So now the hair sticks straight out instead of either laying flat or being short enough to actually blend. the bangs are all messed up and uneven. Honestly cannot fault Katie, super friendly and highly skilled. Was afraid changing Barber after 5 years but I am happy I have done so. Fiancé will also be coming in next week under my instructions
Kevin, the owner is awesome!! Great cuts, kick ass shop, chill, and hands down the best barber in the state! Kevin, you rock and see ya in a few weeks!
