Crookhams has made many changes in the company. In which "I" think is for the best for the future of the Company. In my book they have treated workers fairly. They give very good retirement benefits and their wages are amongst one of the best in the agricultural businesses. As for the community, Crookhams has done a lot and is very family oriented.
