i have gone to crooked,tails for over 10 years. just,took my aussie,in and was very unhappy with the bill, must be trying to make,up for the covid, also very rude and hurt full, i will never go back.
RecommendedI have been taking my pets here for 9 years! they are amazing with all my dogs and cats! have helped me with many pets including rescues. the staff is amazing! always go above and beyond. I'm so thankful for all of you! <3 highly recommend!
I made an appointment for August 9th, my appointment was moved to August 16th without me being notified. I called this joke of a business 9 times before leaving for my appointment with no answer, and even called when I got there. Then some extremely rude lady decided it was my fault somehow. Dont bring your pets here if you expect ANY amount of friendly customer service or reliability.

The appointment was originally scheduled for the 16th due to the 9th already was filled when you scheduled your appointment. Again we apologise for any inconvenience this caused you.

Love crooked tails and all staff!! They have helped me through 2 euthanasia’s, even sending us a card with condolences, they were sweet and treated my babies like their own. My 2 current dogs now see them also and I won’t be changing vets 😊. Will always highly recommend them.

The team here is outstanding with their customer service. Patience, kindness and sensitivity are what I’ve experienced each time we were in the office. I highly recommend this team if you want outstanding service.
