We love Crooked Creek and Dr. Hartmann! What other vet can you text late on a Saturday evening during their own time about an issue with your dog and they not only call you in a prescription but text you later in the night to make sure you got to the pharmacy to pick it up? They truly care about their patients!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!
I wish I could make a good review but if it’s not just a regular visit for shots they don’t go the extra mile for all. All of our dogs have gone here but when our big dog got sick they did little stuff and said they may need to do other things but never did. Her symptoms never got better and we kept them informed all the way but they never went the extra mile. Went to get a second opinion and they were shocked no labs had been done. Refused to see my 14.5 year old sick dog because they are not taking new patients. Didn’t matter that we have spent hundreds of dollars in their clinic lately for our other 3 dogs. (Blended dog family). Told me to go back to wherever he had surgery done a YEAR ago. 😡. I sure will! And I will never take another pet there, or recommend them.
So thankful Roxy was able to be seen after hours after a scary seizure. Kent made us feel better after checking her out and we appreciate him coming in to check her out.
We've been taking our dog here since he was a pup. The staff has always been wonderful.. This weekend we had our first real scare. Dr Hartmann came in at 6am on a Sunday and went above and beyond to help. His care and good judgement saved our baby's life! He is now on the road to recovery and doing much better.. What makes it even better is that Dr Hartmann also cared enough to check in on him, even though our dog was no longer under his care. This just proves that we made the absolute BEST choice for our Veterinarian!
I would like to thank the Drs and staff for all your care and compassion over the many years you have taken care of our fur babies. Shawn, Kent and Laurie have always gone out of their way to give the most professional care they know. We lost our baby girl last week and again their compassion did not go unnoticed. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for 23+ years of excellent care!! ❤️
Very compassionate care every time and reasonably priced. They make even the difficult appts much easier. Definitely recommend.
