Cronus had a prompt response for my online request. An appointment was available on the same day. The technician diagnosed two places for the thermostat-blank problem, which was solved by replacing the fuse in the furnace and the contactor in the outside a/c unit.
Alex did a great job. Fast and reliable service. Explained all issues with detail would highly recommend.
Alex diagnosed my problem within about 20 minutes and knew exactly which parts had failed. He was able to come up with an estimate, install the parts, and verify that the system was working all in a couple hours. I now have my AC working again thanks to Alex. Worth every penny. Highly recommend!!
