I called for some help with a project that was done by another contractor and he wasn't able to help with what I needed because it wasn't in the scope of services that he provides, but he took the time to speak with me on the phone and gave me some guidelines on how to accomplish what I was looking for. I really appreciated him taking the time out of his day to help me.

He did the worst possible job anybody could do to somebody purchasing a home by the way he conducted the home inspection. Relying on his report we were left for 16 days out of the new home that we purchased based on the information contained in his report. There was a majore sewage leak at the time of the inspection under our now home that could have detected but because he did not go under the house we did not know that there was a problem.
