Great place to live and an easy renewal process
Melanie is FANTASTIC and dedicated a ton of time and effort to help me. This is my first apartment and she made me feel welcomed and comfortable. This is a beautiful building with wonderful amenities. I highly recommend.
So far so good! The staff here has been excellent in helping me get acquainted and learn the system here. Everything is in working order and the facility is well maintained. This was overall an amazing experience. The building itself is perfectly well-maintained, the staff is very responsive and friendly and maintenance on issues is done quickly. They go above and beyond to make the tenants happy. If the increase hadn't been outside my budget, I would've happily stayed there for years to come. Cannot recommend them enough!
The leasing and maintenance teams are amazing, They are always ready to assist residents with their needs. Apartment living was not on my radar screen three years ago. At first it was a huge adjustment. Now it feels like home thanks to the team and friendly residents. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.
