Josh is a wonderful young man! Very personable and helpful. This is the second vehicle that we have purchased through Josh and Cronin. The finance department is great as well, explaining everything that will take place throughout the signing of your loan. I would recommend anyone to go see Josh!
Drew was wonderful, he showed us how to use all the buttons and bells on our new vehicle, he showed us all the different vehicles giving us time to chose the one that fit our needs, will ask for him again , thanks for the great service!
We were driving from Michigan to Kentucky on a day full of rain, when we started hearing strange and unsettling noises from the left front wheel when braking. Since we were only about 35 miles or so from the dealership, we veered over and asked them to check it out. Even without an appointment, and it being late in the day, they checked it out thoroughly, found nothing wrong, and charged us NOTHING! Thanks for everything to Brad and the crew!
