Cronin I'd a great dealership with knowledgeable staff and prompt service.
Sales person Josh could not generate a quote without knowing an address. 1st time I've had this issue , seems incompetent or strange to say the least. Lost a sale because dependance on an AI system.

While driving cross country to be with family we hit something on the road destroying our Rogue SL tire and rim. We went to this dealership on the afternoon of Friday before Labor Day and met Rodney. He was able to order a new rim shipped and received on Saturday! We thought for sure we would have to wait until at least Tuesday after the holiday but Rodney went above and beyond to get us the rim so we can move on with our vacation. Well Toyota is an amazing car company anyways! Then you add everybody at the richmond dealership on top just makes it top notch! Everybody there is always so welcoming and try so hard to get you where you need to be!
