Cronin Hyundai has always been professional and courteous to me when I have come in for any service. Dana and the Service crew are on top of their game and treat everyone with respect. They won't do anything without your approval instead of just doing work and charging you for it after. They stop working when they discover a new concern to walk you through the process and explain the significance of the potential issue. They answer any questions you have as well. The service department has always been great. Anytime I need a part or ask a question, they have been happy to take the time to make sure I was taken care of. I spoke to Dana on my most recent visit. She was able to get me exactly what I needed in a timely fashion and was very polite. I will definitely continue to do business at this location.
The parts dept at Cronin is amazing. Zach is always eager to help me find the parts I need, even if it is for a car other than a Hyundai. I recommend them for any part you might need.

Was having problems with other “dealers” on getting parts for old model vehicles. But Ryan found them in a matter of no time. Was treat like a family member and not a customer. Highly recommended to deal with ryan with parts problems.
