I can't say enough good things about Cronin - by far the best landlords I've ever had. I lived in one of their apartments from 2017-2024. Very friendly owner and staff, reasonable prices with very little increase over the years (even during COVID when most landlords were raising rent by a lot), and attentive maintenance staff. I've never had a maintenance staff arrive on the same day and work so efficiently, but that's the norm with Cronin.
Loved my three-year stay in a Cronin Property apartment. I can’t say enough about the staff and ownership. Great units, great locations with awesome neighbors. Highly recommend.
You will not find more responsible, attentive landlords than those at Cronin. Boris responded and sent maintenance within 24 hours of any request and the whole team was amazing to work with. From beginning to end the whole process of moving in, renting, and moving out was done with the support of their amazing staff.
