Boris and team are elite landlords, they handle maintenance requests and tenant inquiries with urgency and aplomb. I would recommend to rent from them without hesitation.

Does not accept evictions
I can't say enough good things about Cronin - by far the best landlords I've ever had. I lived in one of their apartments from 2017-2024. Very friendly owner and staff, reasonable prices with very little increase over the years (even during COVID when most landlords were raising rent by a lot), and attentive maintenance staff. I've never had a maintenance staff arrive on the same day and work so efficiently, but that's the norm with Cronin.
