I'm going on my 4th year renting with Cronin and they are excellent! Very attentive, responsive, and a great landlord. Pete, in the office, is kind and professional and Boris, who does maintenance, is awesome as well. Good company to work with and rent from. ------ Wanted to add that I've rented two places with them, one for 5 years and one for 3, and they were always a pleasure. I own now, but recommend them. :)
Boris and team are elite landlords, they handle maintenance requests and tenant inquiries with urgency and aplomb. I would recommend to rent from them without hesitation.
UPDATE: My family rented from Cronin for over 3 years. We were very sad to leave! The team at Cronin was dedicated to a great tenant experience from start to finish. Boris and his sons were attentive, generous, and came prepared with creative solutions to any problem we had. I have nothing but great things to say about the management team at Cronin Properties.
